For a while, http://gcov.php.net has not been working for the
branches
PHP-7.4 and master. My guess is the rename of options to
enable/disable extensions, e.g. https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/f573ba1948/UPGRADING.INTERNALS#L233.
Test script:

Access http://gcov.php.net/viewer.php?version=PHP_7_4
and see reports just like http://gcov.php.net/viewer.php?version=PHP_7_3,
for e.g.
Expected result:

Report on the current tested code.
Actual result:
--------------
Broken page, which leads us to http://gcov.php.net/viewer.php?version=PHP_7_4&func=compile_results,
that contains no debug information.
