It's quite likely that we gradually move away from our own bug
tracker[1], so I don't think it makes sense to spend time on
improving it.

I think this has high priority, at least for me. :-)
I would like to improve bugs.php.net step by step and solving obvious problems but also underlying
problems and 'burn down' the open issues for the bugs.ph.net subdomain.
Currently there are 77 issues in the 'PHP.net Website problem' 'package', but
around 34 of them are for bugs.php.net.
@peehaa seems not active on bugs.php.net since 2019, so who can add a 'bugs.php.net'
package please?

This subdomain has a good number of issues. I believe searching existing tickets would be
facilitated by creating a new package option for the "Package affected" field dedicated to
issues of bugs.php.net, like this one.
