Just a warning that I'm going to be committing and pushing some changes to the web-news
repository without waiting for review because nobody has paid attention to my earlier PR for the
last month, and I just want to iterate quickly on getting the site to a better baseline of
functionality.
One of the commits will be to reformat all of the code using PHP_CodeSniffer to the PSR-12 standard.
I'll add that commit to .git-blame-ignore-revs so it doesn't disrupt any usage of git
blame as much.
