Vincent Pontier - elroubio.net

On the php.net logos download page (http://www.php.net/download-logos.php), you suggest that there is more PHP artwork available at Vincent Pontier's site elroubio.net. Unfortunately, his site is currently unavailable. The visitor will see a graphic image that displays a message in French. After typing the message into the Google translator (and based on my own rudimentary understanding of French), the English translation is apparently as follows: 11 years of tranquility, good spirit, humor and exchanges in the world of PHP ... Some idea of the web ... On January 4, 2009, at the start of this new year, www.elroubio.net was attacked and hacked by evil doers who used this place of sharing and friendship as their support for digital attacks. Fortunately, we immediately closed the site to counter the attack I will do my best over time to try to rebuild what was destroyed Thank you, all the friends of Elroubio, for these beautiful years. Sadly. .......................................................... I sure hope that Mr. Pontier will be able to restore his site as soon as possible. While some of his art may not appeal to everyone (myself included), I do think it would be a real shame for many of his wonderful, graphic creations to be hidden from the world. He is a talented artist and I for one am grateful for a certain PHP elephant graphic that he made available. -- SLevy
