I was trying to add a note in the PHP documentation, but a warning told me I cannot because the IP is in some IP block lists.
I checked out which list would block my IP, and I noticed that one list says that the PC at with that IP is infected by a Windows virus.
83.103.77.214 is a dynamic IP, so the IP is not always associated with the computer I am using. Apart that, I am using a Mac Mini that cannot be infected by a Windows Virus, also because I am not running Windows on my Mac; my Internet access provider blocks any connection to my PC which has not been initialized by application running on my Mac, and it's not clear to me how that list could check if my Mac is infected from a virus.
I know that the result given from the lists are under you control, but you could avoid using lists that give a so evident false positive. I also find annoying to be blocked just because 7 lists out of 85 (that is the result given by http://www.dnsbl.info/index.php?IP=83.103.77.214) says the IP should be blocked.
Ĝis la relego.
