I can't reproduce this... it's quite fast from both home (Norway) or
here from London. Can you make a traceroute perhaps?

We are using www.php.net/function_help - then here in norwegian we are
redirected to http://no2.php.net/function_help.
Problem is that no2.php.net are so slow in responding - wery often from
30 secs to 1 min.
