problem with contact.php

Hi, I have a problem getting the contact.php installed on my website to operate. As far as can see the contact.php and the address form are properly set up and uploaded. Test emails are accepted as successfully sent but somewhere en route the message is changed and when I receive it in my email it reads : *Subject: A contact from the web site From: Nobody<nobody@sarah.nzserver.com>

    Date:
      To: killeen@clear.net.nz

*In the message field there is just* From: *I have my web host if the problem is with them but they suggest that there is an error in the script of either the contact.php or the form ..... I can find no error. Can you help? Roger Morris* *killeen@clear.net.nz * *
