Hi Philip
I am in China using the following, though this seems to working OK now.
Maybe it was just just a blip, although the problem lasted for an hour
or so.
http://cn2.php.net/manual..... etc, etc...
Cheers
Paul

It works, for mirrors I tested at least. Which mirror are you using?
The full URL will end up looking something like:
http://us2.php.net/manual-lookup.php?pattern=foo
Where that is the us2 mirror. And what is the error/problem?
