Thats a really good question.
I really hate that page for this exact reason; people obviously want
their sites listed there.
There are massive amount of these kind of sites on the net, and we
simply cannot list them all.
Furthermore many of them stink and we obviously don't want to link to those.
That site looks like "PHP dedicated version of digg", is that correct?
Seems like useful "alternative" to phpdeveloper.org...
