What does everyone think? Start thinking, and please do not crosspost to other lists. It's a good idea and a lot of work :-) My immediate thought was to wonder if we could or should role in qa.php.net to part of the main PHP site, or at least more closely associated with it in terms of layout, look and feel etc. What do you think?
