You're absolutely right, and I need to apologize for my previous
response. It was ill-considered prior to clicking the "Send" button.
It's not how I would normally conduct myself, professionally or
personally, and I'm sorry that I did and directed it toward you.

I may not have thought highly of the wording of the emails, but
it's not a justification for what I said, and there's no excuse for
the way I publicly dressed you down - hence my bringing this back onto
the list instead of saying so in private.
Bottom line is that I was wrong - wow.... yes, wrong! - and I'm
sorry. Keep following up with Hannes though to see if you can work
something out. I'm going to go sit in the doghouse for a while. ;-P
