It has nothing to do with the www.php.net site. It has something to do with the network at work, there are several issues they've been having. I went home last night and tried downloading it and it worked fine. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for all of your help though. More than 20 minutes. When it completes, I get an error message stating that the zip file is invalid when I try to open it.
