oh i hope you can help me please

hi I downloaded my forum at ohg.phpbb.net and i waited my 7 days and when i tried to log on after the wait I have been delted. I am no longer site admin another person is and they are not using the forum but taking up my domain name and forum. I have no admin power to give myself powers back to remove them. I sent them a pm as a newly registered memeber but they didnt respond. So im a member in my forum with no admin powers and I have can do nothing. I was hoping your could help me.
