As of 4/15/2009, the downloadable help which contains user comments is no longer listed on http://www.php.net/download-docs.php Could it be added back please?
If you mean the CHM then it's been a few months or so. I thought this was an open bug report (feature request) but it appears not so feel free to create one for the doc build system:

Often times users' comments provide more help than the docs themselves.
I certainly hope that's never the case, and if it is then please report those cases as bugs too :) But likely you mean because users end up posting zillions of examples as code snippets in which case I agree the manual could use more examples.
