Windows PHP 5.2.9-2 April Release

I have a question in regards to April's release of WIN32 PHP v 5.2.9-2, which is stated to be a release to attend to an SSL code change with NO PHP source code changes.. Not just SSL was changed it would seem. Differences from PHPinfo. 5.2.9 5.2.9-2 ----- ------- Build Date Feb 25 2009 15:51:41 -> Build Date Apr 9 2009 08:22:37 cURL Information libcurl/7.16.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8i zlib/1.2.3 -> cURL Information libcurl/7.19.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8k zlib/1.2.3 SSLEAY32.DLL and LIBEAY32.DLL are referenced in curl but not GD2 and ming, So I cant explain why the size changes in GD2 and Ming if "ONLY" ssl was changed, which the above PHPinfo appears to prove otherwise anyway. php_gd2.dll 942,157 9/04/2009 8:25:16 am [New] 999,501 25/02/2009 2:54:24 pm [Old] or php_ming.dll 319,566 9/04/2009 8:25:18 am [New] 360,526 25/02/2009 2:54:24 pm [Old] Additionally the debug pack release for April [PHP 5.2.9 Win32 Debug Pack [5,029Kb] - 8 April 2009 md5: b52e9a152e105c7391c832fdfe0fa06f ] Has the following extra file, php_memcache.pdb And is missing , php_apc.pdb, php_mailparse.pdb and php_xdebug.pdb When compared to the debug pack for Feb's [5.2.9] release.
