Re:INSTALLING AND CONFIGURING PHP

Hi Sir/Mam    I'm new to web programming in PHP.I want to know the complete process for installing and configuring PHP on a windows system from the beginning and which IDE is best suited for php development.I installed Wamp Server  and then, as instructed on the web,i downloaded ecllipse ide and then during updates,an error message comes,stating that Zend debugger is missing.So kinldly help me in this regard,I would be thankful to u....
