Hello, PHP Team.
I'm a developer of a new site that is about to contain a massive database of
functions in a lot of programming languages,
This new site is about to be a great help for programmers in finding any
sort of functions they need.
And I wondered if I could submit the functions given in your documentation
by other users into my website.
I will, of course, give the users full credit for their functions.
Thank you,
Tomer.
