First meet of the East Midlands PHP User Group. The aim of the group is
to produce a local community of PHP developers for social gatherings and
PHP related talks.
Venue still to be decided but for the first meet it is likely to be a
pub in Leicester for an informal meet up over drinks and to possibly
arrange some talks for the second meeting. Check http://www.phpem.org/
