Thanks for the heads-up, bjori. Use mysql_set_charset() in preference to a raw SET NAMES. This is
probably important in case bugsweb were ever to use a PHP running mysqlnd, yet at the same time not
having been rewritten to use something newer than PHP/FI 2...
