Hello,
I posted a feature request on bugs.php.net, and I was referred by
kalle@php.net to create an account on the Wiki, and write an RFC for my
suggestion.
Therefore, I would like to request write access to the RFC namespace of
the Wiki at wiki.php.net, so that I may write an RFC for the feature
outlined in the following bug report:

The feature in question is a C# style get/set syntax for properties. This
has apparently been discussed by the PHP developer, but to what degree I
do not know. There is no existing RFC for this feature, so I volunteer to
write one.
