Hello my name is Nelson, and the reason for this email is to ask how does the library
php_clips-0.5.0.dll?
I have the following services as needed to use them:
Server Configuration
Apache version: Apache/1.3.33 (Win32)
PHP version: 5.0.2
MySQL version: 4.1.7-nt - extension: mysqli
I do not know how to start to use the library, I tried some codes but I do not get anywhere.
I tried using the example shown in:
http://phlips.sourceforge.net/documentation.php

requirements and using it, still I lost something over on this issue,
and I need more knowledge about this part of PHP in order to make an
expert system using my tool of choice is PHP.
