It did not matter which mirror I tried, the same error would occur
every time. I was even trying the Albanian mirror just to make sure. I
was trying to get the Windows Binaries for 5.2.11.

Which mirror have you tried to download from, and what zip? version,
packagem, etc.?

Every time I try to download the .zip package, I get the "The
connection to the server was reset," error message no matter where I try
to download it from.
