It's pretty easy to write a simple PHP script bot, which will enter massive spam in nearby any comment. You've got only min, max, plus, subtract and the numbers from 0 to 9. I hope you fix this soon with the captcha on this site here (i've must reload the site 4 times to read the code ;-) ).
