If there are no objections I'd like to remove every category from
php.net/links except:
- PHP Magazines
- PHP Merchandise
- Non-English PHP Sites
I kinda want to replace the "Non-English PHP Sites" with a list of PHP
User Groups, but since I don't have any such list I leave that as TODO
for later :]

A difficult subject. Although relatively impossible to maintain, I suppose we should keep a list of links and agree it's grown wild. Long ago when PHP was small, everything was linked, so leftover remains. I do like the python.org links page because it's short and sweet:
http://python.org/links/
I prefer we keep the "PHP News" section (like php planet) but am unsure about everything else. And include a section with internal links, like to conferences, support, and documentation.
