Description:
------------
User story: In my feedreader, I can add the PHP.net website, and see
(and subscribe to) a list of PHP event feeds. At a minimum, events
should be broken out by type (conference, meetup, etc.) and region (N.
America, Europe, etc.)
It would also be nice to have control over when events appear on the
feed - I suggest as they're announced/added, 60 days before the event,
30 days and 7 days.
