images are not being displayed in the GD functions examples
images/21009b70229598c6a80eef8b45bf282b-imagecopyresampled.jpg
for example is not displayed, forget the last time I checked but this
was a scaled image of the php logo
Reproduce code:

Go to any GD function page that should have an image displayed in the
example's "The above example will output something similar to" section
Expected result:

An example image of what/how the function would output
Actual result:
