Function search results in an RSS format?

Is there a way to get the results of a function search returned in an
RSS format?
I am building a chat bot reference and would like to provide PHP
documentation as part of that reference.
To do so I need the search results returned in a format I can parse
easier so that I can convert the result to a chat client friendly
format.
If so I will place a "Powered by http://www.php.net" link on the
response so that you can have credit and hopefully get more developers
using PHP.
