While discussing mysql and php with a friend of mine we came up with an idea.
onClick() for php.
Example:
instead of having
print "<form action='test.php' method=post>
<select name="test">
<option value="test">option1</option>
<option value="test">option2</option>
<option value="test" selected="selected">option3</option>
<option value="test">option</option>
</select><input type='submit' value='Update'></form>";
it could just have the options and no update just and
onClick({$_POST['test']})
mysql_query('update {$_POST['name']}');
Basically for people who don't know AJAX.
