Coincidentally, I believe it was about this time last year when I
got in touch with Derick about this same issue (I believe it was DOCS,
but it may have been RSYNC). I wonder if there's anything related to
Daylight Savings, if applicable, that may be misfiring.

It's part of SPL, but please note that
TimeIterator::next is
deprecated, and will be removed from PHP6. Instead, please use
SpaceTimeIterator::warp.
