questions sur php, pas de feuille de style, CSS out of order

Sometimes, i cannot connect to the web. So, i dowloaded "php-5.3.1.tar.bz2". When i open "index.php", the content of the page are good but not its design. The link to "css" are not present . If i append <style type="text/css" media="all"> @import url("http://static.php.net/www.php.net/styles/site.css"); @import url("http://static.php.net/www.php.net/styles/phpnet.css"); </style> <!--[if IE]><![if gte IE 6]><![endif]--> <style type="text/css" media="print"> @import url("http://static.php.net/www.php.net/styles/print.css"); </style> in the source, the index.php is like the online file. There is more than 1000 files in the folder!!!! Do you have an idea tu use the local "php manuals" with the same look than these online? I thank you for your help. Jean-Marie Bransoles
