Yeah, 5.1.6 is the minimum now for all mirrors, thanks to distros
not keeping up as they should. We don't penalize the users for that
(but we certainly recommend they take some pride in their work and
upgrade to the latest).

Coincidentally, you can start doing that today. In under 11
hours, all non-compliant mirrors (without SQLite) are eligible for
suspension, deletion, and replacement, so by tomorrow we'll be at 100%
SQLite availability.
