The only similar references I can find anywhere on the web are
pointing to the FAQ's, but truncating the links for display purposes
(in forums, et al). If the offending link (not target, but link) is
on php.net, please submit it as a bug report at http://bugs.php.net/.
If it is a link on a remote site that is 404'ing on php.net, please
contact the remote site's webmaster.
