php.net website software availability

Hi! I have been using PHP for years now and have always liked the user feedback-type interface that it provides. I recently have begun a project that requires a similar style of user commented API documentation, and would like to mirror the php.net style. What suggestions would you have for something like this? Is the php.net code available? Can it be re-purposed? Thank you in advance for any suggestions that you might have. -- David Z
