Like Philip said, the current work is focused on the header, megadropdown,
and structure.
I however totally agree with you :)
The sections have to be clearly "boxed in".

Today the main focus is on the main header, and site structure, and not
individual elements of a given manual page. This should be clearer, but I
just wanted to mention that this page is not a proposal in its current form.
However, I'm sure specific suggestions are desired.
In other words, I believe everything under "mysql_pconnect" should be
ignored at this time.
