It won't *install* IE8, it will just tell you that you are using a
very very bad browser and you really really should upgrade.
If you find any issues on the website, it is probably because your
browser is very old.
Other then that, the website hasn't changed a lot, so if it worked
fine under IE6 last week, it will continue to work fine.
The only difference is that we warn you about something could be
broken in your browser, and you really really should upgrade (or
install alternative browser).
