One _session_?
Don't you mean one track (i.e. multiple PHP talks)?
If you have a dedicated PHP track on the conference then we can put it
on php.net, sure.
But if its just one talk about PHP, where the rest of the talks are
unrelated then I don't think it serves our users interests.

We don't require any "link backs".
We also will not add any "banners" to our conference page, but if the
conference has a logo..

This list strips non-plain attachments.. Could you put the logo online
somewhere? (or send me it personally).

There is no reason to link to us, but if you really want then you can..
See http://php.net/download-logos.php for various
logo versions and formats..
