Since the websites are not directly updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself. Currently it runs: Version 5.3.1 19-November-2009 Version 5.2.12 17-December-2009 Version 5.2.11 16-September-2009 Version 5.3.0 30-June-2009 Version 5.2.10 18-June-2009 ... which is neither in version order nor strictly in date order!
