I think you shouldn't worry about so many things at once.
Creating a "video tutorial" takes _several hours_.
Creating a "better design" takes _several hours_.
Focus on one thing at a time.
We do _not_ accept "half baked work".
We expect our_PHP_ contributors to be _perfect_.
(Remember; you are talking about the website that actually _creates_
the _language_ it uses...).
