The Polish team isn't really large, and translating the manual is a
maaassive work.
If you wan't to join the team, then let the guy on
doc-pl@lists.php.net know and they (Jaroslaw Glowacki) can show you
around and help you getting started.
After you have sent couple of patches you can request karma so you can
commit your work yourself.
