The absolute links are just there temporarily because they're needed since prototype.php.net doesn't have all content pages, so for now links point to php.net for those (i.e. http://prototype.php.net/downloads.php). I put a TODO about removing this since obviously it shouldn't be deployed as is to all mirrors. As for the lang, it's only included for manual links, and I think it makes sense to have it in the url to avoid calls to a page that will only redirect the user to the final url that has his language in it. If we know the language on the redirect page, I'm sure we can access it from any page and build correct urls ? Cheers, Jordi
