This isn't a PhD rendering bug.
Reclassified as website/CSS issue.

Description:
------------
Is it possible to set vertical alignment of table cells from middle to
top on manual pages? For example on page
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.curl-setopt.php
the value
parameters are quite hard to read, as the valign is middle and the space
between rows is small. Another way to make it easier to read would be a
line between table rows (might be even a better idea). This is not a
bug, but it is bugging me. ;)
