Hello, i am curious to know how the php group managed to derive the equation for the random function
in php? i was just sitting here thinking about it and there has to be an equation to make random
work on computers so i just found that facinating and was wondering if you would tell me how you
came about to creating it? and maybe if you guys are feeling nice enough tell me what it is because
im incredibly curious to know
