Skipfish + Zend Framework + Xdebug

Hey, I was trying skipfish (http://code.google.com/p/skipfish/) and i got some high/medium impact issues due the nature of zend framework. Obviously this issues aint really issues, just characteristics of the framework url management... so i was thinking if there is a way to make the process automated.. so i can forward the reports for my clients.., without needing to explain that the issues found are not relevant.
