Bug Type: Website problem
Operating System: Windows Vista, Xp & Server 2003
PHP Version: Irrelevant
New Comment:
I waited for a while(long while!!) and opened each of the (recommended)
mirrors in new windows and one of them started the download.
no other mirrors except for the recommended ones were shown, there were
3 uk mirrors.
Usually downloading php from php.net is very fast. But this took a long
while(10 minutes approx.)
