To whom it may concern,
Currently we are trying to ftp a website from an outside server to our
onsite server. After the ftp was completed we set up a cPanel account
and the SQL database. We then tried to view the site on our server and
received the message below. Any help you could give us to resolve this
issue would be appreciated.
CRITICAL_ERROR:
Line : generic, class2.php
Error reported as: [7]: mySQL is running but database () couldn't be
connected to.
Please check it exists and that your e107_config.php contains the
correct information.
