New User Intro: How to Help with Redesign Mockups?

Hello, I've recently registered for the PHP Wiki with the username Joenade - would like to get that approved and ask how we might be able to help out with any design, html and css issues. For example, what is the current status with the redesign mockups page: http://wiki.php.net/web/redesign/mockups Good design should be based on usability and user psychology and hopefully we can contribute some of our experience and knowledge.
