Hi.
With regard's to recent abusive emails from Brandon Rampersad
<brandon.add.on@gmail.com> (See [1], [2]), what are the processes in
place for blocking a mailing list subscription.
Whilst the second instance is just plain rude, the first instance is
deeply offensive and certainly against the RFC1855 - Netiquette
Guidelines [3] to which php.net recommends adherence.
