This is based on a recent checkout from subversion, not the live bug
tracker.
Relevance-ordered sort doesn't work. Obviously this makes finding bugs more
difficult, so more duplicates are likely to be reported.
Expected result:
----------------
Relevance ordered results when requested (which is the default).
Actual result:
--------------
Results are returned ordered by bug id.
