Hi.
You should check the C:\xampp\htdocs\portal\checklogin.php file at the
26 line number.
I "think" that you just called the mysql_num_rows() function with the
wrong parameter.
You should pass the result of the mysql_query() call (but before that,
you should check the mysql_error, because if an error occurs, the
mysql_query will return FALSE).
So I think this is an RTFM problem.
