Also, while you do not need the permission of the original author
(as they have submitted material of their own free will to be included
in the publication, covered under our licenses), you may want to
attempt to contact them to let them know that their code is included
in your software. It will likely be of benefit to you and your
project as well, as most like to know when and where our code snippets
are of use to others.
